Who we are
Hello! I’m Tiffanie Paige. I have a passion for helping people find their purpose and living to their full potential, whatever that may be! With almost 20 years in public service, I have found that we do a lot when mental injury occurs, but very little to protect against it. That is where my journey into mental performance consulting began. I still serve my fellow first responders, but I've also found a passion for working with athletes, performers, and anyone else looking to level up and live their best lives.
What does a mental performance consultant do? My work is the fourth leg of training. The first being fundamental physical skills. The second is your sport/business IQ. The third aspect is strength and conditioning, which involves preparing the body to perform its necessary tasks. The fourth is where I come in, preparing the mind to do what is needed to allow the other three trainings to perform under pressure situations.
